Unlike most companies, every single job that we do, large and small is performed by a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. This ensures that, at all times, the work is performed with the highest professional quality every step of the way. Although we specialize in fast, high quality Mortgage Inspection Plans and Plot Plans we also cater to Homeowners who are looking to have their lot corners and lines marked out. From a full lot survey to just one lot line we can customize a lot stakeout to meet any need.

Our Mortgage Inspection Plans are not only performed and delivered by any deadline. They also come packaged in a Portfolio with a description of the Mortgage plans uses and a business card in case the homeowner has any questions about how it was located or needs any additional services.

Meet The Team

Richard J. Mede, Jr.
A graduate of Tewksbury High, he attended Northern Essex Community College and the University of Lowell. After graduating with High Honors in Engineering, he started surveying in 1983 with William G. Troy & Associates. Working his way up to Project Leader by 1986, he received his L.S.I.T. in 1988 and P.L.S. registration in 1992.
In 1995 he founded Troy, Mede & Associates after the retirement of William G. Troy. Since then he has attended numerous seminars and certificate programs in order to continue his pursuit of excellance in his field. Driven, smart, polite, respectful, and responsible are all adjectives that describe the person everyone knows as Dick.


Carl Marzolini
Carl has been working with us since 1988. A graduate of Lowell Vocation High, he started as a drafter and has worked both in the field and in research for projects. Customers like his positive personality and easy going nature. His love for the outdoors and his community has served him well over the years.


Deborah Marsh
Our Administrative Assistant since 1998. A graduate of Tewksbury High School, wife and mother, Debbie is always ready with a bright smile and pleasant voice to assist you with whatever special projects or deadlines you need completed.
